chef NANA is a plant-based culinary artist who is always on a journey to discover the best things in life. She is constantly crossing borders to get inspired by new places, diverse cultures, art and nature. One day you will find her wandering along a LA shoreline, the other through a dense French forest. From these experiences, she gathers ingredients, smells, flavours and visual stimuli that form the NANA palette. With her creations she wants to lead you to another level of sensory pleasure.
